The Brazilian lit up 1.3 - 2 metre (four-to-six foot) waves at Supertubes in Jeffreys Bay to win the sixth stop the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT) and vault to World No. 1 on the Jeep Leaderboard.
